Long before my first call centre job, I was already deep in technology.

I built my own computers. Designed electronic devices. Created simple circuit boards from scratch. When most kids plugged in their Nintendo, I opened mine to understand how it worked.

I have always been driven by curiosity, logic, and the need to see the entire system beneath the surface.

When I entered the industry, I started in a call centre solving tickets.

But I was never focused on the ticket.

I was studying how decisions flowed. How departments interacted. How technology shaped business outcomes.

That instinct for pattern recognition and root cause thinking became the foundation of my career.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across every layer of IT:

Outside of work, I mentor newcomers to Canada, support nonprofit initiatives, and recharge through hockey, snowboarding, motorsport, golf, and hiking.
